Each 2 scoop serving contains 14,400 mg high purity glucosamine HCl, 10,000 mg MSM, 2,400 mg low molecular weight sodium chondroitin sulfate and 64 mg manganese. Initial dosage: Over 600 lbs body wt - 2 scoops daily for 2-4 wks, under 600 lbs - 1 scoop; Long-term administration: Over 600 lbs body wt - 1 scoop daily, under 600 lbs - 1/2 scoop. Once response is noted, number of scoops may be reduced to long-term administration level.
